Palm Springs

Palm Springs, to me, conjures up visions of the Rich and Famous. People who came here to play golf with Bob Hope. People come here to be pampered at a spa costing thousands of dollars. People come here in the winter to soak in hot springs while they leave the help to shovel the snow at their home up north.

We came here to do the laundry, go grocery shopping and get the dog groomed! Well, not exactly, this was just a convenient place to park for a couple days because there is a Thousand Trails here, and we do need to do laundry and grocery shopping. There is every store imaginable here! Including Odie’s favorite – Petsmart. They let him wander the aisles after he finished with the grooming.

Hey! At least one of us got a spa treatment
